Delicious Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel.

Crust Ingredients:
1 package of cinnamon graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons of butter (melted)

Apple Mixture: (preheat oven 425)
4-5 apples
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

Streusel: (oven 375)
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup rolled oats (or quick oats)
1/2 cup butter

Step 1:
Take one bag of cinnamon graham crackers and
smash them up until they are just crumbs.
Place in medium bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar,
And 6 tablespoons of melted butter.
Mix well.
Step 2:
Pour into pie pan, and
Press into pie pan shape.
Step 3:
Cut Apples (with knife or apple cutter)...
And peel skin off apples and place in Medium bowl.
Step 4:
In small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons flour,
And 2/3 cup white sugar,
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon,
mix well,
pour over apples,
And toss until apples are evenly coated.
Step 5:
Pour apple mixture into pie crust,
Dollop 2 tablespoon of butter,
Cover with foil (somewhat loose),
And place in oven for 10 mins.
Step 6:
(while apple mixture is in oven)
In a medium bowl place 3/4 cup flour,
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon,
1/2 cup of brown sugar,
3/4 cup rolled oats (I use quick oats),
And mix well.
Step 7:
Place a 1/2 cup of butter in contents,
mix well with hands,
and pour over apples evenly (use hands to distribute)
Step 8:
Place in oven for 30-35 mins.
When remove from oven, cover with foil to prevent
further browning.
